As always, all product and system price estimates are free of charge. If you have a product or system need, one of our sales personnel would be happy to evaluate your particular situation and provide a solution that meets both function and price requirements. Installation and Service
WES SOUND can provide both installation and service with the products we sell. We maintain a factory trained installation and service staff. Our standard warranty is one year, parts and labor for new installations and 90 days on repaired equipment. In some cases we can provide a "loaner" piece of equipment to provide temporary service in the event a particular product must be removed for service.

Remote Programming/Diagnostics
Some of our equipment for the education and healthcare markets have the capability of remote programming and diagnostics via modem. For  example, with remote programming, we can change and install bell tone schedules without the need and expense of an on-site visit. This feature has been very well received by some of the schools we service.
